LifeLine Community Projects is a UK registered company (number 03951096) and a registered charity (number 1084634). Our registered office address is LifeLine House, 25 Neville Road, Dagenham, Essex, RM8 3QS. This privacy notice has been updated to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and describes why and how LifeLine Community Projects collects and uses personal information about people who visit our website.  We are a ‘data controller’ and process your data where we have a legitimate interest to do so.

Information we collect – E-news

We collect the name and email address of people who register to receive e-news. We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our monthly e-news. We gather statistics around email opening, and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our e-new. Information we collect about job applicants

Job applicants can submit job applications via the LifeLine Community Projects website. Applications are sent by email to our HR administrator. All the information you provide during the process will only be used for the purpose of progressing your application, or to fulfil legal or regulatory requirements if necessary. We will not share any of the information you provide during the process with any third parties for marketing purposes or store any of your information outside of the EEA. The information you provide will be held securely by us whether  in electronic or physical format. We will use the contact details you provide to us to communicate with you to progress your application. We will use any additional information you provide to assess your suitability for the role you have applied for. We do not collect more information than we need to fulfil our stated purposes, and will not retain it for longer than is necessary.

Donations

Cookies

When someone visits our websites we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. Facebook and Twitter

The social media functions on our site, such as Facebook’s Like button, are implemented by embedding code provided and controlled by the relevant network. We do not have any access to any information from these third-parties, nor can we control how they use it.
