Graduate Youth Development Worker

To support the Youth Development Workers (YDW) in engaging young people in mentoring and positive activities which increase their safety and their purpose in life, positively expand their social networks and give them access to mentors and positive role models.

Through these activities you will identify and train young people to become agents for change within their community through our ambassador programme.
